We are the Answer the Felon is Seeking!

About Us

The ExFelon Association, Inc. is a 501(c)3, 501(c)4 advocacy, membership, prevention, education and training organization for ExFelons, their families and their friends. Our mission is to help ExFelons, their family and their friends deal with the title felon on a spiritual, educational and emotional level while helping them face everyday life issues as they attempt to come back into society.

The purpose is to help ExFelons deal with the title felon on a spiritual level and help them face their everyday life issues to integrate back into society. We help ExFelons set avenues while rechanging boundaries and laws for ExFelons to rebound as productive citizens. Together we are building pathways on foundations for growth and development through creative strategic partnerships with corporate and civic organizations. We are stopping recidivism through education and training. The ExFelon Association has created a partnership with Bio Waste Tech, Inc. This partnership has established a Biomedical Waste Reclaim Program that provides career training and jobs for ExFelons.

We know for a fact that through faith, love and truth ExFelons can embrace the title and work through the adversity of life’s highs, lows and setbacks that the title felon has brought them, their families and their friends. The Title Felon is no respecter or persons. ExFelons are from every ethnic group, profession and socioeconomic background. We stand up to say, “It is time for a change in our society for ExFelons!” Our call to duty as The ExFelon Association is to be trailblazers in setting avenues, rechanging boundaries and laws to change the Title Felon to ExFelons while to showing that ExFelons are still productive people in society.

ExFelon Declaration

Positive Affirmations and Self-Talk is One the Bedrocks of Our Core Beliefs!

ExFelon Declaration of Me

I am not the crimes I committed.

I am no longer the old felon who committed the crimes.

I am not what the world says I used to be.

I reject every lie that I have believed.

I am an exfelon who is completing the terms of my conditions.

I will allow truth to lead me in my new life.

I reclaim the wonder and mystery of my life.

I take back everything the spirit of the evil one has stolen from me.

I have a right heart.

I have a right mind.

I have a right spirit.

I am in control of me.

I am fully reimagining myself whole.

I am living my fully restored life again.

I am a Son of God of the most high.

I am not a felon. I am an ExFelon.

Our History

Carl Bryant Founder & Visionary for ExFelons

ExFelon Association, Inc. | Repair Shop Outreach Ministries, Inc. | Biowaste Tech, Inc.

These three organizations are building partnerships with companies globally to better our world while capturing the mind, body and soul of people across the world. We partner and work with corporations, companies, prisons, law enforcement, judges, and government officials at all levels. Your help and support is needed to further our cause.

Carl Bryant, founder and president of all three of these corporations says, “we must educate, organize, and raise awareness that it is time to unite. It is the only way to win.” Conversation with Carl will expose his passion for the work he does on behalf of ExFelons as well as those at risk for crossing the line of the law.

This work is of critical importance to him. The question that begs to be answered is why is Carl Bryant, who is a college graduate with a bachelors degree in criminal justice so passionate about this cause. The answer is Carl, who was a law enforcement officer for four years was falsely accused of an assault in 2004. This trumped up charge led to an arrest and 21 days in jail. Carl was eventually exonerated, but not before he understood that God allowed this to drive him to this important mission.
